Katherine M. Potter, O.D.

Hello! My name is Katie Potter. I am the staff optometrist here at Harrisville Eye Care. I have been with the practice since June 2009 and love the opportunity to provide quality eye care for our patients. I enjoy working in a setting that allows me to take time with my patients and really listen to their needs and concerns. I received a bachelors degree from Michigan State University in 2005 and went on to the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University, where I earned my Doctor of Optometry degree. I enjoy spending time with my husband Steve and our feisty dog Greta. I look forward to seeing you soon!

Executive Director

My name is Lois J. Hibner. I am the Executive Director at Harrisville Eye Care. I am a Certified Medical Assistant with Opthalmic Assistant training as well. Before coming here I was employed at the Laser Vision Correction Center for the Henry Ford Health System in the greater Detroit area for six years.

I am thrilled to be working in Harrisville as it is a lovely area. Working for Dr. Pasqua has been a fabulous experience as I know her mission is to strive to provide the best care. This is most important to me, as I am sure it is for all of you.

My hobbies are collecting data on family history, scrap-booking, and taking long walks. I look forward to seeing all of you throughout the coming years and hopefully meeting your families as well.

My name is Paul Masterson. I am the Vice President of Sales here at Harrisville Eye Care and also for New Vision Eye Care.

I have been here since November 2005 delivering the highest quality eyewear and service available. I truly enjoy living and working in the area and especially with the people whom I serve every day.

Working with Dr. Pasqua has allowed me the opportunity to continuously learn new things and focus on delivering to you the best possible eye care.

Hi! My name is Tiffany Miner. I began working at Harrisville Eye Care in July of 2008 as the Receptionist. My experience there gave me the opportunity to work as the optometric assistant; working up patients & adjusting glasses. As of June 2009, I have accepted the position of Office Manager and I look forward to this new challenge.

My family and I have lived in the area for most of my life and I love it here. I have a beautiful daughter and we enjoy going to the beach and going on bike rides. I am a recent graduate of Alpena Community College and I am currently studying health care management at Northwood University.

I look forward to meeting our patient’s expectations in the years to come!

Receptionist

Hello! My name is Chelsey Butterson and I am the new receptionist at Harrisville Eye Care. I have lived in Oscoda all my life and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Me and my husband love Northern Michigan and going canoeing down the Ausable River. We also have 2 dogs that we spoil to death. I’m currently attending Alpena Community College, but can’t decide on which degree interests me most. I love helping people and meeting new faces, so this job is perfect for me. I look forward to seeing you all soon!

Optician

My name is Jim Demmeka. I am the Optician at Harrisville Eye Care and have been here since June 2009. Helping the patients has given me great reward and satisfaction. Working with Dr. Pasqua and Dr Potter has given me the ability to learn from the best.

I have lived in the Oscoda area for many years and have worked with many people in Northeast Michigan. My hobbies are bowling and camping. I have a wonderful little Cocker Spaniel that brings me great joy everyday.
